University of Ulster Launch Ulster Elks Juniors Programme
The University of Ulster is launching its Ulster Elks Juniors after-schools club programme for 2009. The line-up of activities for 5-12 year olds, which will kick off in September, includes multi-skills, soccer, hockey, volleyball, and fencing.
All sessions will be delivered after school at the University of Ulster sports facilities in five-week blocks during term time and leading up to Camps held over the Halloween, Easter and summer holiday periods. Top quality coaches at Ulster will deliver the sessions to ensure that anyone taking part learns the essential skills of the sport or activity and most importantly learns to have fun with sport and be active.
The sessions will cover all levels of ability, from those that want to try a new sport for the first time, to others that may already be playing sport every week. Places will be limited on each course and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
