Sports Psychology

Athletes and squads can avail of two sports psychologist, both of whom are accredited by the British Association of Sport and Exercise Scientists and Irish Institute of Sport.

Sports psychology can help athletes develop the mental skills to maximise performance potential at all levels of competition.

The support can cover issues such as:-

  • Mental toughness
  • Self confidence
  • Goal setting
  • Stress management
  • Team building
  • Performance anxiety.

Support can be delivered via presentations, workshops and individual consultations.
